Note: Part 1 & 2 must be taken in order to qualify to take the CDM exam offered through the Association of Nutrition and Food Service professionals, ANFP. Students are eligible for pre-professional membership in the ANFP

Higher Education Emergency Relief Funding (HEERF) will be distributed to Continuing Education students enrolled in this class for Summer 2022. These funds will be distributed as a direct payment to students to help offset the cost of the class including tuition, books, transportation and other related fees.
Gain on the job experience through this hands-on learning experience with an internship within a long-term care community, assisted living community, hospital, school or correctional facility. The field experience will be supervised by a Registered Dietitian. Hours will vary. Clinical dates will vary.
Note: Those eligible for Pathway IIIb, with two years of work experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity in non-commercial foodservice that includes third-party oversight may be exempt from this part.
